Leading logistics company NPS and its top five affiliates have announced the acquisition of two firms in the UK, Alliance Logistics Group Ltd (ALLGR) and Transatlantic Logistics Ltd (TRIL), by making a legally binding offer through private entities owned by the respective managements.The statement about the completion of the transaction has been submitted to the UK's Companies House. Alliance Logistics is a logistics company in Britain that provides a range of international logistics services to different companies, such as infrastructure, engineering consignments, low temperature logistics, commercial freight, air freight, and air cargo.
According to Companies House, ALLGR is an independent logistics company with a focus on the supply chain that is situated in London. Concurrently, the announcement was made.
